Note;
     As the Elgin City Cemetery closed in 1906 and was raised in 1947 we aren't sure just where his remains are today.   Most soldiers were re-interred at Bluff City Cemetery.   The local G.A.R. Post tried there best that no soldier got left behind but I haven't found any record of him being moved yet.
